Engineer Technician

• Support and manage Mac systems. Integrate Mac and Windows environments including Active Directory, Open Directory and “magic triangle”
• Coordinate and implement data center operations
• Manage local data closets including blade and mini services, network hardware, cabling and infrastructure. Install, configure and maintain wired and wireless networks, VoIP systems
• Troubleshoot and correct faulty hardware and software issues
• Deploying mobile devices using MDM tools such as Profile Manager and Configurator
• Develop automated solutions for routine problems using AppleScript, UNIX shell scripting and Automator
• Plan and implement onsite and offsite backup solutions using Time Machine, CrashPlan, and other solutions
