In 2014 our company growth required a new IT provider. After seeking referrals, we selected UniversalMac. After an introductory visit, they delivered a discovery report and an easy to understand IT plan to rebuild our server, network, wireless and all our workstations one step at a time. The work was carefully orchestrated with minimal downtime. Finally, we had a stabilized infrastructure, and comfort in knowing we had an excellent backup system too. They were also critical partners when they helped us move to a new office. Their team coordinated with all the vendors. We didn't have to worry about the IT part of the move because they seamlessly took care of it all. The support team is very responsive and always helpful.
